Description

A common and always beautiful image here on Astrobin.  Ive had some good luck lately while testing the new imager and upgraded hardware.  I gravitate to old favorites so I can better test and re-learn my old skills.
Messier 45 (M45), Pleiades or Seven Sisters, constellation Taurus, the Bull. Apparent magnitude of 1.6 and lies at an average distance of 444 light years from Earth. The cluster is also known as Melotte 22.

By the way, I didn't spend a lot of time processing this (I know you know that), but after I did some limited processing in pixinsight, I realized it was pretty good.  Very basic processing for sure.  However, I realized the depth of field is really good and the deep stars are very focused.  I can see many groups of very faint, very sharp, star clusters that are really cool.  Look in the upper left corner, full view, zoom.
